Description
One of the final seven. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Originally released in 2006, The Self-Proclaimed King marked a major turning point in B-Cide’s career, a period of constant travel, Midwest promotion runs, live shows, and the relentless independent grind that helped establish B-Cide within the underground and Juggalo scenes.
Twenty years later, seven unopened copies from the original 2006 pressing were rediscovered in the B-Cide archives.
Rather than simply putting them back into circulation, these final copies have been designated the Archive Edition.
Each of the seven original CDs is personally signed and individually numbered 1 through 7 by B-Cide, creating a documented final set from the album’s original production run.
These are not represses. They are surviving copies manufactured as part of the album’s original 2006 release. One identifying characteristic of the original pressing is the “MADE IN CANADA” marking on the left side of the rear packaging, distinguishing these copies from later pressings of The Self-Proclaimed King.
Once all seven Archive Edition copies have been sold, there will never be another original 2006 pressing offered as part of this edition.
